From the listing
The Mr. 335, Larry Carlton’s signature model, has arrived! Based on the features of the 1969 ES-335—Larry Carlton’s beloved instrument—this signature model was manufactured at the Memphis Factory. Features unique to this signature model include Schaller tuners, a “Mr. 335” truss rod cover, and a stop tailpiece positioned further back than standard. The 41mm narrow nut width, the neck shape designed for a secure grip, small-block position markers, and sombrero-style knobs all reflect late-’60s specifications. It is equipped with two 57 Classic pickups, which pair exceptionally well with the hollow-body design, producing a mellow tone that’s perfect for jazz and fusion. Why not try playing the classic song “ROOM 335” on this guitar? The nut and frets have been replaced, and the neck has been repaired after a break. There are overall scratches and dents, and the truss rod cover is cracked. The frets have more than 70% of their original height remaining, the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable. Condition Grade: B+: Some minor scratches, but no issues for normal use Serial Number: ME301726 Year of Manufacture: 2013 Country of Manufacture: USA Case: Genuine hard case Weight: 3.87 kg Truss Rod: No issues; rod movement tested up to 60 degrees to the left and right with no problems Remaining Fret Life: Within normal range; fret height is sufficient for playing String Height (Low String Side): 2.0 mm at the 12th fret String Action (Treble Side): 1.5 mm at the 12th fret Nut width: 39.0 mm Neck thickness near the 1st fret: 21.5 mm Neck thickness near the 12th fret: 25.4 mm Scale: 628 mm (24.75") RADIUS: 305 mm (12") Strings at Setup: D'Addario EXL110 / .010-.046 set Repairs and Maintenance Performed: Cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, action adjustment * As this is a used item, there may be scratches, dents, and other imperfections that are not clearly visible in the photos or not listed here.
