Seller's description

The Telecaster Custom combines a single-coil pickup with a humbucker to deliver a wide variety of sounds. The body is made of basswood or ash, the neck is a one-piece hard maple, and the fingerboard has a 7.25-inch radius. The bridge pickup has been rewound, the nut replaced, the toggle switch replaced, the wiring corrected, and the frets leveled. The headstock shows noticeable scratches, dents, and peeling paint; there is discoloration at the tip of the headstock; and there is a circular sticker mark (possibly from a ’65 sticker?) on the back of the neck. The fingerboard has numerous scratches with dents and areas of peeling paint; the back of the neck has scratches and dents with indentations; and there is chipped paint and cracks at the neck joint. The body as a whole has numerous scratches, dents, and areas of peeling finish; the finish has peeled away on the back and sides of the body, exposing the wood, and there are a large number of whitish dents on the back of the body. The pickguard shows playing wear, and the metal parts exhibit rust, tarnish, and pitting. There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
