We've just received a used GRETSCH / G6119-1962FT Tennessee Rose! Manufactured in 2003, this is the popular Japanese-made Tennessee Rose model. The deep cherry color beautifully complements the chrome hardware, making this a guitar that exudes that signature Gretsch presence! Featuring a thin-walled hollow body and two Filter’Tron pickups, it handles a wide range of sounds—from crisp clean tones to edgy overdrive. It’s equipped with a Bigsby, allowing you to enjoy the expressive playing style that Gretsch is known for! There are signs of general wear, with scratches and dents visible on the body and headstock top. The back of the body shows numerous buckle marks, and the metal parts have a general patina. Signs of aging and wear are visible throughout, making it clear this guitar has been played extensively over the years. Although it shows signs of use, it’s in good playing condition and is a guitar that lets you fully appreciate the high craftsmanship of Japanese-made Gretsch! If you’re looking for a guitar like this, please consider it. After this item arrived at our store, we replaced the strings with new ones and had our repair department clean, maintain, and set up every part.
