Yamaha's Top-of-the-Line Acoustic Guitar From Yamaha’s flagship “L” Series of acoustic guitars, the “LS36 ARE”—Japan’s premier model, showcasing the finest craftsmanship of skilled artisans—has arrived! The “L” Series ushered in a new era of acoustic guitars in the Japanese music scene, and even more than 40 years after its release, it continues to be cherished by countless artists both in Japan and abroad. Its noble value lies in its craftsmanship, which never ceases to evolve, consistently embodying the sound and playability demanded by each era at the highest level. Featuring a small body that’s easy to hold and maneuver, this model is crafted from carefully selected all-solid wood. The top is made of high-quality Ingleman spruce treated with “A.R.E. The proprietary non-scalloped X-bracing has been refined into a low-profile square shape, maximizing the precision of the intersection points. Furthermore, the addition of “side braces” connecting the top and back braces ensures that string vibrations are transmitted instantly and without loss throughout the entire body. The overall finish features a “stone-powder-sealed lacquer finish (gloss)” meticulously applied by hand by skilled artisans. This finish never hinders the natural resonance of the wood, bringing out the maximum in exceptional response and dynamics. The neck section is also packed with luxurious features befitting a flagship model. In addition to a robust 5-piece construction of mahogany and rosewood, the veneer on the back of the headstock and the volute design thoroughly reinforce resista
