A 1986 George Benson Signature Model GB10. The body features laminated maple sides and back with a laminated spruce top; the body width is 14 2/1 inches, making it slightly smaller than the current model’s 14 3/4 inches. It features a 3-piece maple neck with an ebony fingerboard and 22 frets; the "GEORGE BENSON" inlay on the 21st fret is a characteristic feature of this era. It is equipped with two GB Special pickups—exclusive to this model—which are floating-type pickups known for their excellent response and bright tone. There are traces of adhesive on the neck heel, and a pin has been driven near the tone control. There is a small dent on the 1st fret of the neck, accompanied by paint cracking. The parts show signs of tarnish, rust, and peeling plating, and there are overall scratches and small dents.
