This American Deluxe Series Stratocaster with an HSS configuration was introduced by Fender in 1998 in pursuit of the ultimate “sound quality specifications.” It features an alder body paired with a maple neck and maple fingerboard. It is equipped with N3 Noiseless pickups and an S-1 switch. It also features the PASSING LANE SWITCH, which allows you to switch to the rear humbucker—bypassing the tone control—with the push of a button. It features an LSR ROLLER NUT; independent rollers for each string significantly reduce friction between the nut and the strings caused by whammy bar use. There are numerous scratches and fine dents on the body, and the pickguard shows signs of wear, such as playing marks. It has been cleaned, fully adjusted, and had its frets leveled since arrival.
