From the listing
The Fender Japan 4-string Jazz Bass “JB62-58” has arrived! Based on the “Crafted in Japan” label and the “R” serial number, this is believed to be a model manufactured between 2004 and 2006 and assembled by Dyna Gakki. This is a Jazz Bass reissue model that reproduces the 1962 specifications. Featuring a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, it offers a comfortable playing experience thanks to its slim, easy-to-grip neck shape and the high precision craftsmanship unique to Japanese manufacturing. This instrument charms with its vintage-style appearance and the clear, resonant sound characteristic of a Jazz Bass. Since a faulty ground connection was identified, causing the tone control to malfunction and produce noise, the issue has been corrected by adding additional wiring. Corrosion was observed on the neck joint screws, so all four have been replaced. The tuning peg for the 1st string is slightly stuck and tight. The metal parts show signs of tarnish and rust. There are scattered scratches and dents, giving it a slightly used appearance. There are no noticeable abnormalities with the neck, and it is in good playing condition.
