From the listing
The Fender Japan ST57-70 boasts a 1957-style look and the crisp, lively sound unique to a maple fingerboard! The Fender Japan ST57-70 recreates the style of a 1957 Stratocaster.Featuring a one-piece maple neck, a 21-fret fingerboard, and three single-coil pickups, this model offers a classic configuration that lets you enjoy vintage-style looks and sound. The traditional synchronized tremolo and 5-way selector switch also provide a wide range of sound variations. Combined with the understated Vintage White finish, this guitar exudes the classic essence of a Stratocaster. The pickguard has been replaced, and it appears the entire assembly was replaced as part of that process. Since “ST57-70TX” is marked on the neck pocket, it is believed that the original model was an ST57-70TX. There is a dent and a single area of chipped paint on the body end. Otherwise, there are signs of wear throughout, including overall discoloration, scratches, dents, and a dull appearance on some parts. Since fret wear was observed, the frets have been refaced. The neck is in good condition, and the instrument plays well. Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches are present, but the instrument is suitable for normal use.
