Seller's description

The 2019 Japan-exclusive 1959 Les Paul Special Double Cut VOS has arrived! As a Japan-exclusive model, this guitar features 1959-spec details while incorporating the “1960 Slim Taper” neck profile, which offers exceptional playability, and is finished in an exquisite “Bright TV Yellow” color that retains a touch of vibrancy. It features a mahogany body and neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Like vintage models, hide glue is used to bond the neck to the fingerboard, enhancing the wood’s strength and producing a robust, cohesive tone. Equipped with two “Custom Soapbar P-90” pickups, this model delivers a compelling sound that balances the crisp clarity characteristic of single-coil pickups with a rich, full-bodied tone that offers just the right amount of power. The bridge features a “50s Replica Wraparound Tailpiece,” which pairs exceptionally well with the P-90s; its lightweight aluminum wraparound construction produces a direct tone and rich sustain. While there are some signs of wear from playing on the neck pickup and pickguard, the guitar is in good condition with no major, noticeable damage. The neck is in excellent condition, and the frets still have plenty of height. This is a Japan-exclusive model—a wonderful guitar that combines a subtle aesthetic with the playability of a 1960 model and the understated details of a 1959 model! * Please note that due to the nature of this product, we are unable to transfer it between stores.
