A used 1997 Les Paul Double Cutaway Studio has just arrived! This popular model combines the powerful sound unique to the Les Paul with the excellent playability of a double cutaway design. Featuring a vibrant Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish, this guitar offers exceptional playability thanks to its 24-fret configuration. The body features a maple top and mahogany back, with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. It’s characterized by the direct tone and rich response provided by the wrap-around bridge. Equipped with a 490R pickup in the front and a 498T in the rear, it handles a wide range of tones, from warm clean sounds to powerful overdriven tones. Weighing approximately 3.25 kg, this lightweight guitar is easy to handle, making it ideal for live performances and extended playing sessions. Regarding its condition, the neck is in good shape with no buzzing or muting issues. The truss rod has sufficient adjustment range and has been tested up to 60 degrees on both sides. The remaining fret height is about 70 percent. Overall, there are several noticeable scratches and dents, and it shows significant signs of use. Additionally, a crack in the finish running along the fingerboard surface can be seen in the lower positions of the neck. All of these are due to age and use, giving the guitar a distinctive “player’s condition” character. It comes with the original brown hard case.
