1995 Gibson ES-175D Vintage Sunburst This iconic Gibson full-acoustic guitar has captivated jazz guitarists for many years. Its greatest appeal lies in the rich, warm sound produced by its large 16-inch body and archtop construction. The rich bass, smooth midrange, and soft, resonant treble blend exquisitely to create the deep, distinctive tone characteristic of jazz. As indicated by the “D” in the model name, it is equipped with two humbucker pickups. It handles a wide range of sounds, from sweet, warm clean tones to a full-bodied, commanding sound, and fully showcases its appeal not only in chord work but also in mellow lead playing. The finish is a beautiful Vintage Sunburst with a deep, subtle gradient. The elegant curves of the archtop combined with its classic appearance evoke the distinctive character of the ES-175. It’s highly recommended not only for players seeking the quintessential jazz tone but also for those looking for a full-fledged full-acoustic guitar. There are no major dents, but there are signs of general wear and some scuffs.
