A 2021 1959 Les Paul Standard Hand Selected Top has arrived! This model features hand-selected figured maple sourced directly from the Nashville factory and is equipped with an “E-Bucker”—a custom pickup based on the Custom Bucker design, with reduced coil windings to slightly lower the output. The wood configuration features a carefully selected two-piece figured maple top, a solid mahogany body and neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. The neck features the “Authentic ’59 Medium C-Shape,” which offers a perfect balance of grip and comfort. The use of hide glue enhances the overall strength and structural integrity of the instrument, delivering the distinctive “resonance” characteristic of vintage guitars. Equipped with E-Bucker pickups, this guitar is characterized by a vintage-like sound distinguished by a clear, wide-range tone with a subtle, aged quality. Overall, there are signs of wear from playing, including scratches and dents, as well as paint chips on the tip of the headstock and along the binding, and buckle marks. Additionally, the headstock taper and body end have discolored to black due to paint fading or paint transfer from a stand. * There is no stickiness or similar issues. Additionally, there is some color bleeding from the aniline dye, cracks in the pickguard screw holes, and the jack plate, nut, and washers have been replaced. The neck is in good condition, with about 70% of the frets remaining. While there are signs of wear and some fret wear, this is a well-played instrument that remains in excellent “player’s condition” and is still ready for plenty of use. This is a truly eye-catching instrument, featuring the beautiful, dynamic grain patterns unique to hand-selected wood! * Please note that due to the nature of this product, we are unable to transfer it between stores. Condition Grade: B+: Some minor scratches, but no issues for normal use Serial Number: 9 1133 Year of Manufacture: 2021 Country of Manufacture: United States Case:
