A 2001 Historic Collection 1957 Les Paul Custom has arrived. Faithfully recreating the specifications of the original 1957 model, this guitar features a one-piece mahogany body and an ebony fingerboard, delivering a tight, responsive sound characterized by its mid to high-mid range. With its jet-black finish and gold hardware, this is a true masterpiece that allows you to fully experience the elegant beauty of the vintage Les Paul Custom—truly a “Black Beauty.” Equipped with 57Classic pickups, it faithfully captures the nuances of your picking and produces a delicate, deep tone. The strap pins have been replaced; there are overall scratches and dents, and the metal parts show some tarnish and plating wear. The frets have at least 7/10 of their original depth remaining, the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable. It comes with a brown hard case from the 1990s.
