We’ve received a used 1963 Firebird VII Reissue Maestro—a limited-edition model produced in a run of only 100 worldwide! The Firebird VII, Gibson’s flagship model within the Firebird lineup, pays homage to one of the most original and innovative designs born from Gibson’s legendary 1960s craftsmanship. While respecting the authenticity of the 1963 Firebird VII, this instrument offers exceptional playability and features a refined aesthetic that makes it even more appealing. It features traditional mahogany wings and a 9-ply maple and walnut through-neck body construction. The ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl block inlays, combined with the gloss-finished “Double Gold” color, creates a unique, luxurious look that truly highlights the beautiful golden hues. It also faithfully recreates the style of the era by incorporating features characteristic of the Firebird VII, such as banjo-style tuning pegs and a Maestro vibrato tailpiece. The “Authentic 1963 Firebird” neck profile ensures a solid grip and comfortable playability.Equipped with three “Firebird Mini Humbucker” pickups, it delivers a clear, crisp, and dynamic sound. Its bright, focused tone excels at aggressive overdrive sounds, and its appealing sound is characterized by excellent responsiveness that reacts instantly to the nuances of your picking. There are virtually no signs of use, and it comes with all original accessories. The neck is in excellent condition, and the frets show almost no wear. This is a limited-edition model—one of only 100 made worldwide—finished to perfection with an unbeatable look.
