Gibson's small-body model, the "L-00 Original." Made in 2021. This model features a vintage-inspired design reminiscent of the 1930s L-00, combining a compact L-00 body with a Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides. It features hand-scalloped X-bracing, offering impressive volume and a well-balanced sound despite its compact size. It’s finished with a look reminiscent of classic L-00s, featuring nitrocellulose lacquer, a script Gibson logo, antique-finished binding, and Golden Age nickel tuners. It’s also known for its playability, thanks to the 24.75-inch scale and Slim Taper neck. It is equipped with an L.R. Baggs VTC pickup, which can be adjusted via the Volume/Tone controls located inside the soundhole. It is versatile enough to handle everything from home recording to live performances.
