The Gibson ES-345 features numerous aesthetic upgrades that surpass those of the flagship ES-335 model. It features a maple center block and quarter-sawn Adirondack spruce bracing; the body is wrapped in multi-layer binding; the fingerboard features split parallelogram inlays; it is equipped with calibrated T-Type humbucking pickups; and it features an ABR-1 bridge and an aluminum stopbar tailpiece secured with steel thumbwheels and studs. * The neck exhibits slight warping and waviness, which has been corrected through fret leveling. There is a small dent on the back of the body, and there is paint chipping and discoloration on the neck taper.
