From the listing
A 2023 Les Paul Standard 50s has arrived! Featuring a maple top, a solid mahogany body, and a rounded mahogany neck with just the right amount of grip—this is the quintessential 50s-style model. Instead of the circuit boards commonly found in recent Gibson models, this guitar features hand-wired electronics equipped with Orange Drop capacitors. It’s packed with vintage-inspired details, including Keystone tuners, a stringless ABR bridge, and an aluminum bridge tailpiece. The pickups have been replaced with DiMarzio’s “DP260 & DP261 Cream PAF MASTER.” These pickups reproduce the nuances of vintage PAFs while offering high dynamics; they are characterized by a mature tone and clear, well-separated highs, and their sound remains crisp even with aggressive picking. Overall, there are signs of wear, such as scratches and dents. Additionally, there is a somewhat noticeable dent near the waist of the body top, as well as a scratch accompanied by a dent in the finish next to the pickguard. The pickups and escutcheons have been replaced. There is a slight twist in the neck, so the frets have been leveled. The frets have about 70% of their original height remaining. This guitar has been modified for a more vintage-style look! It’s still in great condition and ready for use!
