The Gibson Southern Jumbo captivates with its traditional look and powerful, warm sound! Based on Gibson’s classic J-45 model, this round-shouldered acoustic guitar features elegant decorative accents. The classic configuration—a spruce top paired with mahogany sides and back—delivers rich mid-to-low frequencies and a crisp attack, making it suitable for a wide range of styles, from strumming to blues and fingerpicking. Its elegant appearance—featuring parallelogram inlays on the fingerboard, multi-layer binding, and a tortoiseshell-pattern pickguard—sets it apart from the simpler J-45. This guitar lets you enjoy Gibson’s signature, commanding sound and the classic elegance of American acoustic guitars. There is a crack repair mark on the top (no patch has been applied). There are other minor scratches, dents, and signs of wear, such as discoloration on some parts. The frets have been leveled due to wear. The neck is in good condition, and the guitar plays well.
