Seller's description

A used 2025 Rickenbacker 4003S has arrived in stock. The Rickenbacker 4000 Series is beloved by world-renowned bassists for its distinctive, unique shape and instantly recognizable, boomy sound. It features a sleek design with rounded corners and no body binding, along with dot position markers, two high-gain pickups, and a simple single-output configuration. The neck profile has been redesigned to be thinner, and combined with the V2 Bridge—which allows for more precise octave adjustment and control over the pitch between any two strings compared to the old-style bridge—it has evolved into a versatile model capable of handling technical playing. While preserving its traditional style and sound, the model has undergone repeated subtle updates, reflecting a strong commitment to sound, playability, and control. With a single action—pulling up the tone knob—you can switch from the 4003’s high-output, powerful, deep bass sound to the sweet, vintage sound of the 4001 style, enabling a wide range of sounds from the Beatles’ sound to punk, prog, and hard rock. The 2025 model features a specification change: the traditional bridge pickup cover has been removed. This creates a clean playing area with a built-in thumb rest that does not interfere with playing. There is some tarnish on the metal parts, as well as minor playing scratches and fine scuffs, but the guitar is in relatively good condition with no major, noticeable damage. It has been cleaned, fully adjusted, and had its frets leveled since arrival.
