Seller's description

We’ve just received a used 408 Signature Limited! This limited-edition model embodies PRS’s superior craftsmanship and innovative design philosophy. Without a doubt, the guitar’s greatest appeal lies in its beautiful artist-grade figured maple top. The exquisite flame figure, which appears deep and three-dimensional, reveals different expressions depending on the viewing angle and lighting, giving it a truly special presence even within the PRS lineup. The finish is the popular Black Gold Burst—a luxurious finish that showcases the maple’s grain to its fullest. The neck is crafted from mahogany, and the fingerboard features East Indian rosewood. PRS’s traditional Pattern (Wide Fat) neck shape delivers a solid grip and excellent playability. Furthermore, MOP/Paua Heart Birds inlays elegantly adorn the fingerboard, creating a luxurious look befitting a limited-edition model. In terms of sound, this guitar is equipped with PRS’s proprietary 408 pickups. A standout feature of this model is the excellent balance between the bridge and neck pickups. The bridge pickup delivers the richness and power characteristic of a full-size humbucker, yet avoids excessively sharp highs, resulting in a very manageable tone. Meanwhile, the neck pickup avoids the common pitfall of excessive low-end bloat, producing a clear, well-defined sound. As a result, it handles a wide range of genres—from clean tones to driven sounds—and features a highly refined tonal character that makes both pickup positions practical for live performance. Additionally, the combination of a 22-fret neck and a tremolo bridge delivers the rich harmonic richness and smooth playing feel characteristic of PRS. Weighing approximately 3.53 kg, it’s easy to handle and remains comfortable even during long playing sessions. This guitar combines a beautiful artist-grade top, a highly practical 408 pickup system, and the exclusivity unique to a limited-edition model. Boasting a high level of refinement in appearance, so
