A Japanese-made Epiphone SG has arrived. Among Epiphone’s highly popular models—a brand directly descended from Gibson—this is the Japanese-made SG-70, which is no longer in production. The body, crafted from mahogany, features a slim, sharp, and aggressive silhouette, paired with a mahogany neck. The resulting sound—with its rich midrange and crisp attack—is versatile enough to handle not only rock but also contemporary genres such as pop. While there are minor scratches and dents throughout the body and some tarnish on the hardware, it shows minimal signs of use and is in good condition. It has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
