Seller's description

In a world of cosmetic beauty, dare to go natural!  This 1977 Fender Mustang bass will help you never look back. All original and ready to do another 50 years, this short-scale bass has an incredible amount of character. From a Fender era where the standard of quality control makes it best to judge each bass on a case by case basis, this Mustang reassures you that someone at Fender still knew what they were doing!  This particular model has a great fundamental with plenty of tonal detail - the pickup is clear and rich in equal measure, complimented by the flatwound strings. The neck fits nicely in the hand and although the instrument has quite clearly been used, none of its integrity has been compromised and is in full working order.  This bass would work in so many different contexts - a fantastic studio instrument or a  reliable road machine. Whatever the situation - it grooves hard!  Comes with a case and our customary 2-year warranty.
