Seller's description

Quick Product Summary The PRS Special Semi-Hollow in Eriza Verde combines premium USA craftsmanship, semi-hollow resonance and one of the most versatile pickup configurations in the PRS Core range. A carved figured maple top and mahogany back provide the foundation, complemented by a single F-hole, 22-fret Pattern-profile mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Two PRS 58/15 LT humbuckers sit either side of a Narrowfield middle pickup, with extensive switching providing an impressive 12 pickup combinations. What Makes the PRS Special Semi-Hollow Special? The Special Semi-Hollow blends the response and sustain associated with a premium PRS solidbody with additional air and resonance from its semi-hollow construction. Its carved figured maple top, mahogany back and single F-hole create a distinctive aesthetic, while the vibrant Eriza Verde finish beautifully highlights the figuring of the maple. Its H/NF/H pickup configuration is equally impressive. PRS 58/15 LT humbuckers occupy the neck and bridge positions, with a Narrowfield pickup in the middle. A five-way blade selector and two individual mini-toggle coil-split switches provide 12 available pickup combinations, making this an exceptionally adaptable instrument for players who need everything from clear, articulate textures to rich humbucker sounds. Who Is It For? The PRS Special Semi-Hollow is ideal for experienced and professional players who want exceptional versatility without sacrificing the feel, build quality and refinement expected from a USA-made PRS Core instrument. Its broad tonal range makes it suitable for blues, rock, pop, jazz, funk, fusion, alternative music, studio sessions and live performance. It is particularly compelling for players who want a single premium guitar capable of covering both traditional humbucker territory and clearer, more focused tones.
