Seller's description

The PRS Private Stock Tonare Grand: Deep, Rich, and Built to Project This Private Stock Tonare Grand delivers deep, rich 3D tones and massive projection. Luscious textures from the Madagascar rosewood back and sides pair with the added clarity and balance of a European spruce top, and tasteful appointments complete the package. It’s a great all-around instrument that puts a smile on the face of fingerstyle players and flatpickers alike. The Look Natural high gloss nitro lets the spruce and rosewood glow, and the details are where Private Stock really shows off. Paua purfling runs along the top, fingerboard, and headstock veneer, while black, maple, and black purfling traces the back and sides. Curly maple binding frames the body, with a curly maple and paua rosette. Paua birds with mother-of-pearl outlines fly up the ebony fingerboard, and a Private Stock eagle with the same paua and mother-of-pearl treatment crowns the ebony headstock veneer. An ebony bridge and pins with paua dot inlays and gold Gotoh tuners with ivoroid buttons add the finishing touches, and it all comes in an Ameritage acoustic case. The Feel The wide neck carve on the Peruvian mahogany neck gives you plenty of room to work, whether you’re picking out intricate fingerstyle lines or strumming through a set. The ebony fingerboard feels smooth and fast, and the adjustable truss rod keeps it dialed in. The Sound The rosewood and spruce combination gives you deep, rich 3D tone with a big, open voice that fills a room. Clarity and balance come through in every chord and single note line, and the massive projection means it speaks up without having to be pushed. When you need to plug in, the Fishman Matrix electronics carry that tone to the stage.
