Masterbuilt Andy Hicks Knotty Pine 50's Telecaster Roundup Truetone Music is proud to have a long and close relationship with Fender, especially with the Custom Shop.  Every so often, a new Masterbuilder joins the ranks - when that happens, we jump right into it with them to forge a new partnership.  This past year, we got word that Andy Hicks had joined the Fender Custom Shop as a Masterbuilder.  We immediately set up a meeting to cook up a batch of very special guitars.   We always like to ask the builders what they would like to build, in an effort to truly collaborate on guitars that they are excited to build.  That was the genesis of this amazing Telecaster. This was a brand new guitar here at Truetone just a little while back - now, a couple of years later, we're excited to see it back here.  We sold it to a long-time customer/collector friend of ours, and now it's available again as part of an estate collection.  The guitar was never played, so it's in pristine shape.  The original hardshell case, Certificate of Authenticity, and everything else is included.  Essentially, it's new - but since it was previously owned, we're listing it as used.  That makes it a great deal.  Setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop, this amazing Masterbuilt Telecaster is ready to go.
