Seller's description

Martin HD12-28 (2019) – Classic 12-String Rosewood Dreadnought     This Martin HD1228 (2019) — also searched as HD12-28, HD 12-28, Martin HD12 28, or Martin 12-string dreadnought — is a beautifully balanced 12-string acoustic that delivers lush shimmer, bold dreadnought power, and rich tonal complexity. Whether you’re fingerpicking or strumming, the combination of tonewoods and bracing gives a vibrant, textured voice with strong bass, clear trebles, and rich overtones.    Built with a solid spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, this Martin HD-12-28 2019 incorporates forward-shifted X-bracing with GE-Non-Scalloped brace shape for enhanced resonance and clarity. The 12-string dreadnought body provides full, layered tone and excellent projection.    The NECK features a GE Modified Low Oval profile with High Performance Taper and a 1 13/16″ (48 mm) nut width, making this 12-string surprisingly comfortable to play for both rhythm and lead styles.    This 2019 Martin HD12-28 is in very good condition, with normal signs of use but no structural issues. Includes the original Martin hardcase.         Specifications – Martin HD12-28 (2019)     Model: Martin HD12-28 (HD12-28 / HD 12-28) Year: 2019 Body Shape: D-14 Fret Dreadnought Top: Solid Sitka Spruce Back & Sides: Solid East Indian Rosewood Bracing: Forward-Shifted X-Bracing, GE-Non-Scalloped brace shape Scale Length: 24.9″ (632 mm) Nut Width: 1 13/16″ (48 mm) Neck Profile: GE Modified Low Oval with High Performance Taper Fingerboard: Ebony Bridge: GE Modern Belly-12 String with Drop-in Saddle Bridge String Spacing: 2 5/16″ (58.7 mm) Inlays: Diamonds and Squares Long (Abalone) Binding: Antique White Finish: Gloss top & back and sides Tuners: Chrome Enclosed Gear Saddle: Compensated Bone Rosette: Style 28 Multi-Stripe Number of Frets: 20 Construction: Dovetail Neck Joint Condition: Very Good Case: Original Martin hardcase included
