C.F. Martin & Co. D-35 (2007) – Rosewood Dreadnought with Fishman Infinity Pickup – Good Condition This 2007 Martin D-35 is one of Martin's most loved rosewood dreadnoughts. It is fitted with a Fishman Infinity pickup system for easy, natural-sounding amplification on stage. The Martin D35 has a solid Sitka spruce top and Martin's signature three-piece East Indian rosewood back with solid rosewood sides. It produces a big, open and complex acoustic voice with powerful bass, rich mids and clear, shimmering trebles. The three-piece back gives the D-35 its distinctive airy resonance and wide tonal spread, slightly more open and "scooped" than a D-28. The full-size dreadnought body gives strong projection and volume. That makes this guitar well suited to bluegrass, folk, country, singer-songwriter accompaniment and studio recording. The Martin D 35 responds just as well to hard flatpicking and strumming as to lighter fingerstyle playing. The 25.4" long scale gives it firm string tension, punch and clarity.
