Seller's description

C.F. Martin & Co. D-18 Standard (2021) – LR Baggs VTC Active Pickup – Very Good Condition This Martin D-18 Standard from 2021 — also searched as Martin D18, Martin D 18, used Martin D-18, second-hand Martin D18, or Martin mahogany dreadnought — is a modern Standard Series example with classic spruce-and-mahogany construction and a professionally installed LR Baggs VTC active pickup system. Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid genuine mahogany back and sides, the D-18 delivers the clear, punchy and woody tone the model is famous for. It has strong fundamentals, focused bass, lively mids and crisp trebles, making it an excellent choice for flatpicking, strumming, folk, country, bluegrass and singer-songwriter use. The 2021 D-18 features forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing, giving the guitar an open and responsive voice with excellent projection and dynamic range. The Modified Low Oval neck with High Performance Taper and 1 3/4” (44.5 mm) nut width provide comfortable modern playability. This example is fitted with an LR Baggs VTC active pickup, giving it a natural amplified sound for stage or recording use. The discreet soundhole-mounted controls allow easy volume and tone adjustment without changing the traditional appearance of the guitar. This 2021 Martin D-18 is in very good condition, showing only light signs of careful use. It has been well maintained and is ready to play. Specifications – Martin D-18 Standard (2021) Brand: C.F.
