Seller's description

TME is excited to welcome the new Martin D-18 Authentic 1937 VTS to inventory! The original D-18A 1937, produced from 2005 to 2012, set a new standard for attempting to recreate vintage tone in a brand new guitar; and this revamped version of the model incorporates Martin's "Vintage Tone System" and slightly redesigned body contours into what's essentially their classic D-18A package. The sound is instantly familiar: powerful, woody, warm, and bright all at once, with huge low end and the penetrating trebles prized by bluegrass flatpickers. With hardshell case from Martin. Model: D-18 Authentic 1937 VTS Serial Number: 2637356 Materials: Mahogany back & sides, Adirondack Spruce top with VTS, Ebony fingerboard & bridge Finish: Vintage Gloss Neck Shape: Authentic 1937, Standard taper Hardware: Waverly Tuners Measurements: 25.4" Scale, 1 3/4” bone nut, 2 1/4" String spacing Case: Martin 5-ply Hardshell
