Seller's description

The 00L-16E Black Smoke introduces a warm, intimate voice to the refreshed 16 Series—pairing standout style with a focused, vintageinspired tone. Its gloss spruce top in a striking Black Smoke finish is matched with satin solid mahogany back and sides for punchy midrange, strong treble response, and a controlled low end that sits comfortably in any mix. The sloped-shoulder 00L body size delivers a woody, responsive voice—ideal for fingerstyle, songwriting, or expressive rhythm work—while offering surprising projection from a compact frame. A grained ivoroid pickguard adds a distinctive visual touch, while scalloped X-bracing enhances sustain and resonance for a full, dynamic sound. L.R. Baggs® Element™ electronics make it ready for live performance or recording. Strung with all-new Martin Era™ Legacy Edition strings developed alongside the refreshed 16 Series, it’s built to command the room.
