Markbass Traveler 102P 8 Ohm Bass Cab: Serial No: V1006614 | Second Hand The Markbass Traveler Series was engineered to solve the physical constraints of gigging bassists, delivering high-output sound reinforcement within a compact, easily transportable footprint. Designed around Markbass' signature yellow-cone architecture, the Traveler 102P stands as one of the smallest and lightest 2x10 cabinets on the market, serving as an ideal standalone solution for small-to-medium venues or as part of a modular stack. Constructed with high-grade plywood, metal-reinforced corners, and a durable carpet covering. Internal acoustic loading is centered around two 10-inch custom neodymium magnet speakers coupled with a 1-inch piezo tweeter and a rear bass-reflex port. The enclosure handles 400W RMS (AES Standard) with a sensitivity rating of 101 dB SPL, utilizing Neutrik Speakon and 1/4-inch combination input jacks for versatile amplifier connectivity. Key Features Custom Neodymium Speakers: Dual 10-inch neodymium drivers engineered to yield tight low-end response, rapid transient attack, and high power handling without adding structural mass. Piezo Tweeter Assembly: Integrated 1-inch high-frequency tweeter provides crisp upper-register articulation and broad harmonic clarity up to 18 kHz. Rear Bass-Reflex Porting: Calibrated rear-firing port extends low-frequency acoustic response down to 45 Hz while maintaining directional clarity. Ultra-Compact Enclosure: Lightweight plywood construction and integrated side handles allow one-handed transport and effortless loading into tight stage footprints. Dual-Orientation Placement: Enclosure geometry supports both horizontal and vertical positioning, permitting seamless integration into mixed cabinet setups.
