**Limited Time Special: bonus hardshell case + Extras + Free USA Shipping** This vintage 1977 left-handed Fender Telecaster includes a vintage 70s Fullerton era hardshell case. The solid Northern Ash body is finished in an incredible Burgundy Mist Metallic over Inca Silver (over Black) nitro finish with relic wear and lacquer weather checking. The refin is supreme quality and is on par with Fender Custom Shop, Clive Brown, etc. The previous owner routed the body (professionally and clean) for Nashville set up. Both Fullerton era original pickups are professionally re-wound and are 6.8 K bridge and 7.6 K neck for classic vintage output and Tele twang. The 6 saddle vintage ashtray bridge is in perfect working condition, and the body is loaded with classic 3-ply black pickguard, 1976 CTS pots, and 3-way CRL switch with Directron .05uf Dime capacitor. All electronics function well and the vintage Fullerton era pickups sound amazing with lots of bite. The neck features late 1960s left handed F logo Fender tuners and 1970s string retainers. The 7.25“ radius maple cap fretboard is upgraded with medium size frets that are in excellent shape (the neck was professionally refretted) and most of the finish has worn away from play wear; an area on the back of the neck is also sanded for a relic feel. The neck is fitted with a new 1 5/8” bone nut, and it has the original nitro finish on the headstock with lots of natural weather checking. This guitar weighs only 8.75 Lb and for a later 70s Tele this is very light.
