Seller's description

A clean and professionally refurbished example of the sought-after George Benson Signature GB-20, made in Japan in 1981. This classic hollowbody showcases the high-quality craftsmanship Ibanez was known for in the golden era of Japanese guitar production. The body and neck are in excellent condition for its age, and the frets have plenty of life left, making this guitar a fantastic player as well as a collector's piece. It features a non-original Bartolini pickup, delivering warm, articulate jazz tones with clarity and presence. The tortoiseshell pickguard has been professionally remade, but retains the original binding—a nice touch that preserves the vintage aesthetic. As is typical for this era, you'll find the George Benson signature inside the F-hole, a detail fans and collectors will appreciate.
