Its compact FRH body, 46mm nut and cutaway construction make it especially approachable for electric and steel-string guitarists. A solid Sitka spruce top and sapele back and sides provide a balanced acoustic foundation, while an Ibanez undersaddle pickup and AEQ210T preamp make the FRH10N ready for amplified performance, recording and rehearsal. What Makes the Ibanez FRH10N Special? Rather than following traditional classical-guitar proportions, the FRH10N uses an exceptionally slim hollow body with fan bracing and a side sound port. The absence of a conventional top soundhole helps reduce feedback when amplified, while the side port directs more of the guitar's natural acoustic sound towards the player. Its 46mm nut is noticeably narrower than that of a conventional classical guitar, while the 25.5" scale, 400mm fingerboard radius, cutaway and 22-fret layout give it a distinctly contemporary feel. This makes it an excellent crossover instrument for guitarists wanting to explore nylon-string sounds without dramatically changing their playing technique. Who Is It For? The Ibanez FRH10N is ideal for: Electric guitarists moving into nylon-string playing Contemporary fingerstyle players Jazz, Latin and fusion musicians Singer-songwriters looking for a softer acoustic texture Live performers who need built-in electronics Players who find traditional classical necks too wide Studio musicians looking for an alternative tonal option Guitarists wanting a compact, stage-friendly nylon-string instrument At A Glance Specification | Details | Brand | Ibanez | M
