Seller's description

Quick Product Summary The Gretsch Jim Dandy Deltoluxe Parlor in Black Top combines compact vintage-inspired acoustic styling with the flexibility of a built-in magnetic pickup. Its petite parlor body, short 24" scale and comfortable “C”-shaped neck make it an inviting guitar for relaxed home playing, songwriting, blues, folk and roots-inspired styles. A laminated sapele body with X-bracing delivers a focused, woody acoustic character, while the factory-fitted Gretsch Deltoluxe magnetic soundhole pickup makes it easy to plug into an acoustic amplifier, PA, recording interface or effects setup. Tortoiseshell binding, vintage-style hardware and the distinctive Black Top finish complete its old-school Gretsch appearance. What Makes the Gretsch Jim Dandy Deltoluxe Parlor Special? The Jim Dandy range draws inspiration from the affordable Gretsch and Rex-style flat-top guitars associated with the early and mid-20th century. The Deltoluxe Parlor builds on that formula with a compact 24" scale, X-braced construction and a magnetic soundhole pickup, making it equally useful as a characterful acoustic or a plug-in performance instrument. Its smaller body and shorter scale provide a relaxed playing feel, while the Deltoluxe pickup brings a distinctly magnetic character that works especially well with blues, Americana and roots music. It can also be paired with effects pedals for more experimental acoustic-electric sounds. Who Is It For? The Gretsch Jim Dandy Deltoluxe Parlor is particularly well suited to: Blues, folk, roots and Americana players. Singer-songwriters looking for a compact acoustic guitar. Electric guitarists wanting an accessible acoustic playing feel. Players who prefer shorter-scale instruments. Home and studio musicians looking for a guitar with distinctive character. Performers who need a factory-fitted acoustic pickup. Musicians wanting to use acoustic guitar with effects pedals. Players looking for vintage-inspired Gretsch styling. At A Gla
