Seller's description

Here is a quick blurb from Google Gemini about this model: "Week #47 '84 Explorer Reissue (Alpine White): Around $5,000 The Gibson Guitar of the Week #47 '84 Explorer Reissue is arguably the most famous and highly sought-after model from the entire 2007 GOTW run. Its popularity is overwhelmingly driven by metal history: it is a direct tribute to James Hetfield’s iconic "More Beer!" and "Zorlac" white 1984 Gibson Explorers used during Metallica's Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets eras. Because it was strictly limited to only 400 units worldwide, it enjoys a massive premium on the collector's market." Please look at the photos and ask any questions to help you feel comfortable the condition is to your liking. I purchased this new when it was released in 2007 and have mostly kept it in the case in my non-smoking home. I believe the Alpine White color has held up really well on this guitar vs. the other listings I have seen on Reverb in the past. These rarely come up, now is your chance to get this iconic Hetfield style US Made and Limited Edition Gibson Explorer!
