Handmade in Bozeman, Montana this is the gorgeous Gibson 1929 Nick Lucas Special model in a unique Argentine Grey finish given a Light Aged treatment. The Nick Lucas model is the first signature guitar within Gibsons history, harkening back to the deeper body-shaped L-00 made for the 'Crooning Troubadour' Nick Lucas back in the 1920s. The guitar has stunning custom-shaped mother of pearl Nick Lucas inlays in the rosewood fretboard, gold Waverly tuners, a 1929 neck contour and a thermally aged spruce top. A nice modern touch is the L.R. Baggs Bronze electronics which are helpful for modern performances. Includes: Hardshell Case and Paperwork Acoustic Guitar 3 lbs, 8 oz. .900" Neck Thickness at 1st Fret 1.080" Neck Thickness at 12th Fret Thermally Aged Spruce Top Mahogany Back and Sides 1929 Contour Profile Mahogany Neck Rosewood Fretboard 24.75" Scale Length 1.725" Nut Width White Button Tuners L.R.
