TOUR UPDATE - I will be on tour from Aug 30 till Sept 22... hence if you wish to purchase do it asap. This instrument is a Fender Japan PB62 (1962 Reissue) Precision Bass from 1984/85(I will send one original control knob when shipping the guitar). The guitar has been fully serviced and is ready to play. The frets are original but were slightly flattened by the previous owner. However, there is no issue or problem with playing the guitar. The serial number A015814 stamped on the chrome neck plate, combined with the "MADE IN JAPAN" stamp on the heel of the neck, indicates that this Fender Precision Bass was manufactured between late 1984 and 1986. [1, 2]Key Specifications & HistoryProduction Era: This "A-Prefix" series represents the early golden era of Fender Japan production.
