Seller's description

Rare Fender Precision from 1975 in its original Olympic White finish. As with many examples from this period, the lacquer has naturally aged, giving the bass a warm cream/yellow tint. This instrument is a combination of original Fender parts from around 1975. The serial number on the neck plate dates the bass to 1975. The neck stamp is faded and no longer clearly readable, making it difficult to date precisely, but it most likely originates from the same mid-’70s period.Features: Year: 1975 (serial number on the neck plate) Potentiometers with code 1377607 → dated 1976 Maple neck with comfortable feel Black pickguard (underneath is a sticker with serial number S878112, indicating the pickguard is from 1978) Dot inlays Weight: 4.4 kg (4,388 g / 9.67 lbs)Nut Width: 41,94mm (1.651 inch)Thumbrest is missingHistory & vibe:This bass delivers the classic ’70s Fender Precision sound heard on countless rock records. The combination of Olympic White / Maple neck / Black pickguard is a true classic – famously played by Dee Dee Ramone (Ramones) on a similar bass.Condition:Technically in good condition, showing normal wear for an instrument nearly 50 years old. Everything functions as it should. Perfect for players seeking authentic ’70s Fender tone, and also interesting for collectors.
