Included: Genuine soft case We have performed a fret leveling adjustment, so the playing condition is excellent and the guitar is fully playable. Overall, itfs in good condition. Although this is an aged-finish model, there are virtually no visible scratches or other imperfections aside from the aging treatment itself. After this item arrived at our store, we replaced the strings with new ones and our repair department performed a thorough cleaning, maintenance, and setup of all parts.
