Built for heavier styles and modern players who want more output from a familiar Fender platform, the Limited Edition Player Fusion Precision Bass takes the classic P Bass silhouette and completely reworks the electronics and feel. An alder Precision Bass body is paired with a maple neck carved to a thin “C” Jazz Bass profile, giving the instrument a noticeably quicker feel than a traditional Precision. The 12" radius ebony fingerboard, jumbo frets, and 1.5" nut width push the playing feel even further toward a modern setup. A pair of Fireball Bass humbuckers provides the core of the Fusion platform, delivering higher output and a fuller, more aggressive voice than a traditional split-coil Precision pickup. A master volume, blend control, and master tone keep the layout simple while giving you full control over the balance between both humbuckers. Black hardware, black pickup covers, and a gloss Black finish give the bass a clean, stripped-down look, while the HiMass vintage-style bridge adds a substantial feel at the bridge.
