An alder Jazz Bass body is finished in Roadworn Shell Pink nitrocellulose lacquer, paired with a maple “C” shape neck, 7.25" radius rosewood fingerboard and 20 vintage-style frets. Two Pure Vintage '64 Jazz Bass single-coil pickupsdeliver the articulate attack, upper-mid growl and responsive dynamics associated with classic passive Jazz Bass designs. Stacked concentric controls give each pickup its own volume and tone control, allowing much finer blending than the familiar modern Jazz Bass Volume/Volume/Tone layout.
