Seller's description

Vintage White paired with a 3-ply mint green pickguard is one of the great color combinations in guitar history, and this Fender Custom Shop Special Run 1960 Stratocaster Relic wears it beautifully. The lacquer finish is worn in just enough to look like it’s been on the road for decades, with a matching painted headstock and a lacquer back to carry the story all the way around. Nickel/chrome hardware adds a warm, aged glint, and at 7lbs 10oz the alder body is light enough that you’ll forget it’s on your shoulder. The neck is where this one really feels like home. Quartersawn maple in a ’60s style oval “C” carve, .780" at the first fret to .930" at the 12th, gives you a slim, fast feel that never gets skinny, and the medium tint nitrocellulose finish is smooth and broken in from the first chord. The rosewood fingerboard has a 9.5" radius for easy chording and clean bends, and the narrow tall 6105 frets make leads effortless. A 1.650" bone nut and white Micarta dots keep everything classic. Plug in and the HW 60/63 pickups ring out with that glassy, chimey sparkle early-60s Strats are famous for. The reverse-wound, reverse-polarity middle pickup quiets things down in the in-between positions of the 5-position blade switch, and the master volume and two tone controls let you move from shimmering cleans to a little bite. The vintage synchronized tremolo adds that classic sway, and a Fender brown case is included.
