Fender Custom Shop MVP 1952 Telecaster HB NOS/Relic Featherweight! Only 6.8lbs Keith Richards Micawber-style Neck Humbucker! Dealer Select Master Vintage Player Series MVP Series Strats and Teles are the Ultimate Relic guitars The Vintage Fender Telecaster- REDEFINED! This 50s Tele HB NOS/Relic is part of the Dealer Select Master Vintage Player Series (MVP), built exclusively for Make'n Music in the Fender Custom Shop!!! These special instruments are custom designed to offer the Ultimate in Tone, Playability and Feel. Each guitar is hand-made to our specs in order to give the vibe and look of an actual vintage instrument, but with all the conveniences of a true modern player's piece. While these Fender Custom Shop Master Vintage Player Series Strats and Teles may look and feel like actual vintage guitars, they play like a dream thanks to a number of strategically chosen spec upgrades. This particular guitar is based on the Vintage 1951 Nocaster / 1952 Telecaster with a very special Natural Satin Oil  NOS/Relic finish package that blends NOS finish (New Old Stock without any dings, dents, wear, etc...) along with  Relic hardware, for the smooth, comfortable feel of bare wood blended with just enough of lightly distressed look of a vintage instrument. The neck is Quartersawn Roasted Maple with our custom "MVP Perfect V” profile, rolled edges, 1&11/16" nut width, flatter 9.5" fingerboard radius and 6105 fret wire. Not only does it feel great, but adjustments are a breeze too, as the Truss Rod is accessible from the headstock. You no longer have to remove the neck for a tweak! Additional features and upgrades include Gatton Saddles and Bridge for improved access and intonation, a Fender Shawbucker Humbucker in the neck position for that "Keef" / Macawber – vibe, and a Broadcaster bridge pickup to ensure this Tele has plenty of spank and twang without any harsh, squawky qualities. Custom wiring with Dual 250k/500k volume pot ensure that both pickups play nicely to
