The Fender Custom Shop 1972 Telecaster Custom Thinline Relic Limited Edition in Sage Green Metallic is a bold reinterpretation of a transitional-era Tele; where classic Fender design meets the experimentation of the early '70s. Built as part of the 2026 limited collection, this model blends semi-hollow resonance, hybrid pickup configuration, and refined Custom Shop detailing into a guitar that feels both familiar and distinctly different. At the core is a roasted ash semi-hollow body with an F-hole, offering a lively, resonant response with added air and warmth compared to a solidbody Tele. The roasted flame maple neck features a comfortable '63 Strat-style C profile, landing in a sweet spot that feels broken-in without being oversized. With a 9.5 inch radius and medium vintage frets, it offers smooth playability that suits both chord work and lead lines. The AAA rosewood fingerboard adds warmth and a slightly softer attack, rounding out the overall feel. Schaller F-style tuners and a relic Tele bridge with RSD elements ensure stability and reliable performance. Visually, this Thinline sta
