Seller's description

The Fender Custom Shop Telecaster DLX Closet Classic captures the look and feel of a carefully preserved vintage instrument, with subtle aging that reflects decades of natural wear while maintaining a clean overall appearance. Finished in Closet Classic lacquer, it offers a lightly aged aesthetic that feels authentic without heavy relic treatment. The 2-piece select alder body delivers classic Tele tone with strong midrange presence, tight low end, and clear articulation. The quartersawn maple neck with a ’60s Oval C profile provides stability and a comfortable playing feel, while the matching maple fingerboard adds snap and brightness to the overall response. The 9.5" radius and vintage-style frets offer a balanced mix of traditional feel and modern playability. Equipped with Custom Shop hand-wound ’67 Telecaster single-coil pickups, this model delivers crisp attack, dynamic response, and classic Tele bite. The traditional ’67 wiring and 3-way switching provide straightforward control and reliable performance.
