A Time Capsule from '66 This Fender Custom Shop '66 Telecaster isn't just a guitar; it's a trip back to the golden era. Finished in a stunning Aged Lake Placid Blue, this Tele has the authentic look and feel of a prized vintage instrument that was cherished, played, and carefully stored away. The DLX Closet Classic treatment gives it the subtle patina of age, with light finish checking and mildly aged hardware, telling the story of a guitar with a past, ready for its next chapter with you. Hand-Wound '67 Tele Tone At the heart of this Tele's voice are a pair of Custom Shop Hand-Wound '67 Single-Coil pickups. These are the real deal, delivering the clear, crisp twang and glassy highs that defined countless hits. The bridge pickup has all the spank and bite you could ask for, while the neck pickup offers a warm, round, and beautifully articulate tone that's perfect for soulful leads or smooth rhythm work. Together, they produce that quintessential Telecaster hollow cluck that cuts through any mix. Vintage Feel, Modern Playability The neck is where this guitar truly connects with the player.
