Seller's description

Inspired by Fender’s last year of pre-CBS production, the Fender Custom Shop ’64 is packed to the brim with golden-age Fender style. It all starts off with a vintage-proper 2-piece select alder body that’s loaded with two Custom Shop hand-wound Texas Special pickups for a higher-output reimagining of time-tested Tele chime. On the opposite end, a quarter-sawn maple neck merges the best of vintage and modern specs, including a substantial ’60s oval “C” shape, a gorgeous round-lam rosewood fingerboard, 21 narrow-tall frets, and a modern 9.5-inch radius. Lastly, old-school Telecaster fanatics will be sure to approve of this guitar’s period-correct ’64–’66 threaded steel-saddle bridge and iconic slotted Fender tuning machines. A classic Fender Custom Shop nitrocellulose Relic finish rounds it all out, saving you more than a half-century’s worth of break-in time! ------------------------------- Body Material: Select Alder Body Finish: Nitrocellulose Lacquer Neck Material: 5/4 Quartersawn Roasted Maple Neck Finish: Nitrocellulose Lacquer, Medium Tint Neck Shape: Mid 60's Oval "C" Scale Length: 25.5" Fingerboard Material: Rosewood, AAA Radius: 9.5" Frets: 21, Narrow Tall / 6105 Nut Material: Bone Nut Width: 1.650" Neck Pickup: Fender Custom Handwound Texas Special Tele Single Coil Bridge Pickup: Fender Custom Handwound Texas Special Tele Single Coil Wiring: Modern Tele Wiring Controls: Master Volume, Master Tone, 3-way selector switch Bridge: Tele Bridge 64-66 Style Tuners: Fender®/Gotoh® Vintage Style Hardware Finish: Nickel/Chrome Strings: Fender Super 250R, Nickel Plated Steel (.010/.046) Case: Fender Custom Deluxe Blonde Hardshell Case Accessories: Fender Custom Shop Leather Strap, Picks, Certificate of authenticity ------------------------------- Product Details: Serial number: CZ572788 Weight: 3.302 kg Year of production: 2024 ------------------------------- ☆ Worldwide Shipping with FEDEX or GLS® ☆ Insurance powered by Generali Italia S.p.
