Seller's description

The Fender American Vintage II series delivers a faithful recreation of the instruments that altered the course of musical history. Built with period-correct bodies, necks, hardware and premium finishes, plus meticulously voiced, year-specific pickups, each model reflects the essence of classic Fender craftsmanship and tone. By 1963, Fender had paired the punch and focus of an alder body with the added warmth of a round-lam rosewood fingerboard, refining the unmistakable Tele® snap and twang. The American Vintage II 1963 Telecaster features Pure Vintage ’63 Telecaster® pickups, a triple threaded-steel saddle bridge and a comfortable “C”-shape maple neck to recreate the tone and feel of the original. True to 1963 production, it includes clay dot inlays with narrow spacing at the 12th fret and a 7.25" radius fingerboard. This model stands as a direct descendant of the original Fenders, built with exacting attention to detail down to the last screw.
