Seller's description

Fender American Performer Limited Edition Timber Pine Telecaster Guitar - 2-Color Sunburst Born in Corona, California, the Limited Edition American Performer Timber Telecaster combines exceptional Fender tone and authentic feel with modern materials and player-oriented features designed to inspire while propelling your playing to new heights. The Fender American Performer Timber Series is a limited-edition USA-made line featuring unique tonewoods like Spruce, Sassafras, or Sugar Pine, paired with Yosemite pickups and Greasebucket circuitry for inspiring, versatile tones, while offering modern playability with Modern C necks and a comfortable 9.5" radius. Sugar pine is often associated with the earliest Fender Esquires and Broadcasters, famous for their unmistakably "spanky,", "twangy" tones that put Fender on the map!  Sugar Pine makes a lightweight, resonant electric guitar body, also prized for its beautiful grain. This guitar features a set of Yosemite single-coil pickups, designed for rich, expressive tones. With flat-staggered pole pieces to increase output and coatings that let the coil breathe while controlling feedback - a shellac coating for the neck pickup and wax potting for the bridge pickup - Yosemite pickups produce dynamic sounds ideal for any musical situation. The American Performer Telecaster also features Greasebucket tone circuitry to shape the highs without adding bass, preserving your sound. The "Modern C"-shaped neck sports a 9.5"-radius fingerboard that's comfortable for almost any playing style, along with 22 jumbo frets for effortless and accurate bending.
